JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Hybrid (Downtown, Toronto)

Duration: 4 months 

Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for an Operations Associate to verify, validate, and process requests that come through various channels such as emails, forms, applications, etc. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Ability to work well and maintain composure under pressure
  • Ability to work well with a team or independently
  • Ability to organize their time to meet multiple incoming priorities and responsibilities throughout the day

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • 2 years of job-related experience
  • Advanced experience with Excel and Access Database, and experience with data manipulation.
  • Financial Knowledge/Wealth Management

Soft Skills:

  • Teamwork, Time-management, Problem solving, Adaptability, Empathy, Creativity, Communication, Attention to detail, organization, computer literacy, data entry and management, adaptability, confidentiality, analytical skills, critical thinking, excellent work ethic, business etiquette.

Education:

  • Post-Secondary Education Ideal (College/ University)
