JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Onsite | Bedford, NS
Duration: 6 Months
Our client, a leading financial institution in Bedford, NS is looking for a Data Quality Analyst to handle Data Profiling. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.
Typical Day in role:
- DQ Rule design
- UAT
- Program Meetings
- Liaise with technology teams
- Troubleshoot issues
- Partner with Data consumers
Must-Have Skills:
- Data Controls, Query Design, Microsoft Excel, Data Profiling, Pattern Recognition, SQL, Python, Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Management Reporting, Problem Solving
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- R Programming
Soft Skills Required:
- Verbal and written communication, time management, curious/investigative nature, understand and break down complex information to simplify for target audiences
Education:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Master’s Degree
