JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Hybrid | Bedford, Nova Scotia, Canada

Duration: 12 months

Our client, a leading financial institution in Bedford, is looking for a Data Quality Analyst to do Data profiling and analysis. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role:

  • DQ Rule design
  • UAT
  • Program Meetings
  • Liaise with technology teams
  • Troubleshoot issues
  • Partner with Data consumers

Must-Have Skills:

  • Data Controls, Query Design, Microsoft Excel, Data Profiling, Pattern Recognition, SQL, Data Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Management Reporting, Problem Solving

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • R Programming
  • Master’s Degree

Soft Skills Required:

  • Verbal and written communication, time management, curious/investigative nature, understand and breakdown complex information to simplify for target audiences

Education:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
