Senior Client Representative

JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Onsite| Mississauga

Duration: 12 months

Our client a leading financial institution in Mississauga, is looking for a Senior Client Representative to assist clients with questions on new fund purchases. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role:

Review account overdraft reports, assist clients with questions on new fund purchases, provide support on cash instruction templates/ how to use/complete, assist in fixing processing errors with various internal processing departments, help clients to understand entries in client statements, and manage free asset transfers to/from client accounts.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Investment Industry knowledge would be an asset.
  • Proven Client Service skills are a must.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in financial services
  • Candidate should be Enthusiastic, patient
  • Able to multi-task, manage volumes and communicate well both verbal and in written form. 

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Canadian Securities Course
  • IFIC course
  • Enrolled in CFA
