Location: Hybrid | Raleigh, NC, USA

Duration: 8 Months | strong likelihood for an extension, or conversion to full-time employee

Our client, a leading financial institution in Raleigh, NC, USA, is seeking a Senior Automation Analyst to · analyze business processes to identify automation opportunities. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role:

• Design, develop, and deploy automation scripts and workflows using Blue Prism.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
• Maintain and optimize existing automation solutions to ensure reliability and scalability.
• Debug and troubleshoot automation issues, ensuring timely resolution.
• Document automation processes, including workflows, scripts, and technical specifications

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in automation development using tools like Blue Prism, UiPath, Selenium, or similar.
• Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as Visual Basic, C#, Python, etc.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
• At least 5-7 years’ experience in RPA field.

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Experience with DevOps pipelines and integration of automation tools.
• Familiarity with IT process optimization and enterprise automation strategies.

Soft Skills Required:

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
