JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Fully in the office (Downtown, Toronto)
Duration: 6 months
Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto is looking for a Quality Control Administrator – Proficient to be responsible for quality control review of all trading and account data input on recordkeeping system. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.
Typical Day in role:
- Responsible for various Year End tasks and if time permits, Quality Control activity of various transactions as well
- Ensure all instructions received are completed as per DOP
- Be responsible to perform accurate and timely completion of instructions received
- Perform and ensure upfront controls for correctness of year end related requests
- Deal with queries from the client service teams on a timely basis
- Maintain organizational relationship with Management line
- Ensure timely and effective escalation of issues to the Management team
- Ensure timely and effective resolution of enquiries
- Document and respect procedures in the day to day activity
