JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Onsite | Minneapolis, MN
Duration: 12 months

Our client a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto is looking for a IMAC Coordinator to handle all aspects of the IT moves, adds, and change process within US Wealth Management. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role:

  • Planning & Support
    • Coordinate and fulfill moves, adds and changes requested by the WM user community
    • Provides updates on activities/tasks required to perform the tasks.
    •  Attend all IMAC meetings
    • Assist with Asset Management reclamations.
    • Assist with implementation and coordination of projects
    • Ensure timely delivery of service to clients
    • Follow procedures to coordinate the requests
    • Coordinate requests with IT support teams, identifying, tracking and resolving issues.
  • Relationships & Communication
    •  Provide knowledgeable, accurate, responsive and professional services to Wealth Management users, through the prompt and courteous handling of client telephone calls/electronic delivery and the completion of such orders
    •  Effectively communicates and builds rapport with team members, stakeholders and interface groups.
    • Uses different tactics for resolving conflicts/issues prior to escalation.
    • Effectively liaise with user community, other in house service groups and external vendors
  • Documentation
    • Timely updates and tracking of orders assigned to the individual
    • Open, monitor and close orders within expected service levels
    • All orders are to be managed through the service request system

Must-Have Skills:

  • 5 to 9 years experience in computer customer service
  • 5 to 9 years in a call center environment
  • Windows 10 and Microsoft Office Suite
  • A+ certification
  • Experience with IT Troubleshooting & IT Terminology
  • IT Hardware (desktops, laptops, Routers, Servers)
  • Networking environment (LAN, WAN)

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • MCP (Microsoft Certified Professional)
  • MCSA (Microsoft Certified Systems Administrator)

Soft Skills Required:

  • Attention to detail
  • Highly motivated
  • Works well under pressure

Education:
             Certification, college degree or BA in Technology, Computer Science or equivalent training
