Location: Hybrid | Downtown, Toronto
Duration: 12 months
Our client a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Client Services Representative – Proficient to maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.
Typical Day in role:
- Maintains client files, performing data entry and account processing duties (e.g. verifying accuracy of transactions)
- Performs other clerical duties as necessary, such as preparing reports requiring specialized procedures, answering phone calls, bookkeeping, completing routine forms and maintaining records and filing, etc.
- Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain product information, and address complaints
- Compile, copy, sort, and file records of business transactions and other activities
- Compute, record and proofread data and other information, such as records or reports
