Location: WFH
Duration: 6 Months (opportunity or strong likelihood for an extension, or conversion to full time employee)

Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto is looking for a Business Analyst/ BSA – Agile Practitioner to consult and coordinate with stakeholders to design and map business processes and procedures The successful candidate will lead detailed requirement phases identifying, tracking, escalating and/or resolving requirements issues.

Typical Day in role:

  • Assess, research, analyze and document sponsor/stakeholder needs
  • Recommend business solutions that satisfy sponsor/stakeholder needs
  • Prepare and consolidates requirements documentation
  • Create or assist others in the writing of user documentation, instructions and procedures
  • Support Testing by planning, development of test cases, execution of tests, and reporting of results
  • Support Post Implementation Verification by planning, development of test cases, execution of tests (if has production access)
  • Support Product Owner with documenting user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Contribute to the Implementation Plan
  • Develop training and change management plan
  • Execute on the training and change management plan
  • Work with SMEs to identify efficiencies
  • Document processes and procedures
  • Willingness to perform other duties required to meet sprint goals (training and support will be provided)

Must-Have Skills:

  • Experience with Agile and waterfall methodologies
  • 8+ years of experience as BA/BSA

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Experience in Building macros

Soft Skills Required:

  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in information gathering
  • Be flexible and team player


  • Bachelor Degree
