JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Hybrid (Downtown, Toronto)
Duration: 6 months
Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto is looking for an Associate, Operations III to operate a computer terminal to verify, enter, retrieve and edit data. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.
Typical Day in role:
- Follow up on client account transfer from relinquishing institutions by phone
- Assisting branches with inquiries via email
Must-Have Skills:
- Bilingual (French/English – Verbal & Written)
- Experience on Phone
- Customer Service experience
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience in the banking industry
- Account transfers experience
- Call centre experience

Education:
- High School Diploma
