Our client, one of Canada's premier Commercial Real Estate players, is in need of an experience Project Manager to join their Accounting team. This is individual will work directly with the Senior Vice President of Finance and be responsible to manage upcoming projects. The ideal candidate will come from an IT background and have extensive experience in the design, implementation, and maintenance of Financial Systems working in sound Project Delivery guidelines. 


  • Plan, Oversee, and lead projects from initial strategy phase through to completion 
  • Schedule, Coordinate, and manage project milestones including but not limited to: 
    • requirement elicitation 
    • User & Test case creation, testing, etc. 
    • project budget & timeline
    • progress reports 
    • and more
  • Manage stakeholder expectations
  • Coordinate with multiple lines of business impacted by project outcomes/deliverables
  • Building and managing project teams
  • Ad hoc tasks as required 


  • 5 years+ of experience as Project Manager (preference to large corporations or initiatives)
  • Educational background in business, IT or Computer Science, or a certificate in project management
  • Accounting background is an asset
  • Strong technical experience with Project Management software such as JIRA,, or equivalent
  • Strong communication skills in all forms is a requirement
