JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Hybrid (Downtown, Toronto)
Duration: 6 months
Our client a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for an Analyst – Payments, US Cash Management, to analyze and document current U.S. cash management end-to-end journeys. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.
Typical Day in role:
- Collaborate with Product, Technology, and Client teams to support tactical and strategic solutions
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, standups, retrospectives)
- Prepare reports and documentation to support strategic program decisions
Must-Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in relevant professional sectors (banking preferred but not required)
- Broad understanding of payments products, policies, and regulatory environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills for business-focused plans and presentations
- Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Visio
- Strong decision-making, forward-thinking, and creative problem-solving skills
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience with U.S. financial regulations
- SQL or VBA programming knowledge
- Lean/Six Sigma training
Soft Skills Required:

Education:
- Degree in a related field
- Project management certifications
