Location: Hybrid (Downtown, Toronto)
Duration: until Oct 31st | strong possibility of extension
Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a BSA Salesforce to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives and technical feasibility. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.
Typical Day in role:
- Lead and support day-to-day project activities, ensuring adherence to the organization’s risk culture, compliance standards, and operational controls.
- Translate business needs into clear, actionable specifications and user stories, facilitating effective communication between business units and development teams.
- Contribute to the design, development, and delivery of software solutions for bank’s Commercial Customers and internal users, with a focus on scalability, usability, and compliance.
- Maintain and enhance the Salesforce platform, ensuring system availability, performance, and resolution of application issues promptly.
- Stay current with Salesforce technologies and industry best practices, applying relevant updates and innovations to improve platform capabilities.
- Foster a collaborative environment that promotes continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and proactive risk management across the team.
Must-Have Skills:
- Extensive Salesforce Platform Expertise: Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of Salesforce products, including Financial Services Cloud, Service Cloud, and Sales Cloud, with hands-on experience in configuration and user management.
- 10+ years of requirements Gathering & Integration Experience: Proven ability to elicit, analyze, and document business and technical requirements for Salesforce features and integrations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and system capabilities.
- Platform Configuration Skills: Experience in building and configuring out-of-the-box Salesforce functionality, leveraging the platform’s full capabilities to deliver scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Hands-on Experience with Financial Services Cloud: Practical experience in configuring user profiles, page layouts, and other components within Financial Services Cloud to support business processes and user needs.
- Business Analysis & Planning: Active participation in the planning and analysis of system changes and enhancements, translating business needs into actionable technical specifications and user stories.
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Experience with nCino Credit Origination (managed package for Salesforce) – Credit package on top of Salesforce – looking for some experience here

- Ability to translate technical knowledge into business value.
- Strong communication skills to be able to communicate with various stakeholders/external teams and problem-solving

- Capable of adapting quickly, managing multiple demands & competing priorities, while delivering deadlines

Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
