JOB DESCRIPTION

Location: Hybrid |Mississauga

Duration: 12 Months 

Our client, a leading financial institution in Mississauga, is looking for a Compensation Coordinator – Incentive Compensation Delivery to be responsible for working with business partners, and payroll team to ensure data reporting and payroll administration processes are seamlessly executed with high levels of accuracy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role:

  • Responsible for working with business partners, and payroll team to ensure data reporting and payroll administration processes are seamlessly executed with high levels of accuracy.

Must Have Skills:

  • 2-4 years recent relevant prior HR experience
  • Experience working in a fast-paced working environment
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • HR-Ops related experience

Soft Skills Required:

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task effectively
  • High level of professionalism with and familiar with working with confidential information
  • Proficient time management and organizational skills
  • High level customer service and people skills
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills

Education:

  • High School Diploma or GED
