Our client, a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for a Senior Front End Developer to be experienced with state management libraries (Redux, Redux Observable). The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience in front-end software engineering
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Familiarity with reactive programming concepts (RxJS)
• Experience with UI component libraries like Material UI
• Knowledge of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright)
• Understanding of CI/CD workflows and version control systems (Git)
• Experience with build tools like Webpack
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Nice-To-Have Skills:

• Experience with TypeScript
• Experience with desktop application development (Electron or OpenFin)
• Familiarity with WebSocket communication
• Understanding of financial industry applications
