JOB DESCRIPTION
Location: Hybrid | Minneapolis, US
Duration: 6 months
Our client a leading financial institution in Minneapolis, is looking for an Operations Specialist to complete requests via workflow/SSR. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.
Typical Day in role:
- General data entry related to loan information
- Phone and service responsibilities: verify wire and payment information with clients and reps, troubleshoot issues
Must-Have Skills:
- At least 1 year of Banking experience ( Data entry within the banking field)
- At least 2-5 years of service experience (customer-facing)
- MS Office, including Excel (intermediate-Expert)
- Good comms – Mandatory as they will be dealing with high net worth clients
Nice-To-Have Skills:
- Salesforce, Workflow, general loan servicing software
Soft Skills Required:
- Attention to detail
- Service-minded
- Deadline driven
