Location: On site | North York

Duration: 6 months

Our client a leading financial institution in Downtown Toronto, is looking for an Operations Officer to maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with one of the Top 5 Banks in Canada.

Typical Day in role:

  • Verifying and initiating requests
  • Contacting other firms via phone or email
  • Communicating with Branches

Must-Have Skills:

  • Microsoft Office products
  • Office experience
  • Experience on the phone
  • Time mgmt. skills
  • Previous work in a busy environment

Nice-To-Have Skills:

  • Transfers experience
  • French
